History of the toothbrush is not so old. Of course, various styles of toothbrushes were made in the past. However, the modern toothbrush which used nylon has not evolved from primitive model in its shape,
This was because toothbrushes are manufactured by brush filling technology.

STB Higuchi established a new method not by brush filling but plastic welding technology applied.
With this method, quantity of bristles or its density will be enlarged to increase ability of removing dental plaque. Moreover, by adopting cylindrical head, it became suitable for gum massaging or for using as a tongue cleaner.

Cylindrical toothbrush, not a few people have been thinking that it would be great. However, it was too difficult to manufacture. So every manufacturer had been giving up this idea in the past except us.
STB Higuchi and group company Higuchi Machinery has established the manufacturing system which allows making cost-effective cylindrical toothbrushes.

Since it was introduced in many mass communications, the market has spread among the major drugstore quickly in Japan. Now, we are wishing people in the world to use this high performance cylindrical toothbrush in near future.
